The thing that interests me about LARP is that you can be the person you want to be but can't in reality. That, and some of the best people are part of LARP groups.
I was part of one group while I was in high school in NY. It was definitely something that I wasn't expecting, but I met amazing people and am looking for another group here In Tampa/St. Petersburg.
